Position – Full Time, Permanent
To assist in the efficient running of the office, dealing with all aspects of Insurance cover, including:
Providing a high standard of customer care for all customers over the phone and through correspondence.
Dealing with clients visiting the office with a professional manner and appearance.
Dealing with administrative duties accurately and with attention to detail.
Working as part of a team to help achieve the goals of the business.
Looking after your customer to make sure they receive a high standard of service.
Take responsibility for your own personal development and engagement in training to continuously strive to improve your skills and understanding.
Undertaking ad hoc office duties as and when required.
Work Experience Requirements :
A basic knowledge of Insurance and Insurance law (to be gained following training)
A basic knowledge of the types of insurance the company provides (to be gained following training)
A knowledge of computers
A knowledge of databases
Ability to use the telephone
Ability to use PDQ machine (to be gained following training)
Educated to secondary standard
To answer the telephone politely and confidently, and be able to deal with customers in a polite and courteous manner
To liaise professionally with colleagues and insurance companies
Great team player
To be self-motivated
To stay calm and professional at all times
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
Keen to learn and improve
